He is married to Veronica Alvarizares, better known as Nocky, for over 35 years and have two wonderful grown-up children, Caroline (33) and Justin (29). Victor Alvarizares originally from Guatemala, was raised in southern California which is where he surrendered his life to the Lord at the age of 16 years. Victor together with his wife were called to the ministry at a young age and have been serving the Lord full time in Portland Oregon since 1999. In 2007 they were anointed as Apostles to the body of Christ. As Apostles they have planted churches in the PNW region of USA and in other countries including Mexico, Europe, Central and South America. He received his honorary doctorate in theology in 2004 from College for Global deployment. Internationally he has traveled different parts of the world preaching and teaching the kingdom of God to different continents. Locally, he has served as president of the PNW Hispanic pastor’s association, served as board of trustees for Multnomah University, Warner Pacific and currently is involved in different non-profits and ministries who serve our community as an advisor. His passion is to preach the kingdom of God and see the sons of God be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit and become matured disciples of Jesus Christ. He is enjoying his stage of being a grandfather of 5 and also enjoys playing golf.
